How Can a Large Bruise On The Lower Back Be Treated?

My friend noticed a bruise on my lower back I asked if it looked like a butterfly shape the response was Yes I then had him take a picture and it actually looks like a butterfly in that area. I m anemic currently taking liquid iron 3 xs daily. Also I have a T6 tumor on my spine.

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You say that your friend has noticed a bruise on your lower back (butterfly shape). At the same time, you are anemic and currently taking liquid iron 3 xs daily and a personal history of T6 tumor on your spine. You do not report any recent history of trauma or dermatitis or allergy.

Being anemic is also associated with changes in the blood coagulation (coagulopathy) and hematological imbalances.
This can explain the presence of that bruise.

You say to have T6 tumor on your spine but do not mention if you have undergone surgery. If yes, it can also explain the presence of that bruise.

I advise to consult with your hematologist to evaluate the severity of your anemia and get a good physical examination.
